Race Day Info

The A to Z guide to attending events at Brewerton

Animal Policy
Domestic dogs are permitted in the pit area and camping area only. Dogs are not permitted in the grandstand. Service dogs with proper paperwork may be permitted in the grandstand with approval of track management only.

ATM
We have an ATM available inside the bar building across from the main entrance.

Camping
For most events, camping is permitted at no charge around the perimeter of the parking lot. All camping is dry, with no water, sewer or electric available. Fans are asked to please clean up their area before they depart. There is a dumpster off of turn three for garbage disposal. Motorized vehicles such as ATV’s, Minibikes, side-by-sides and golf carts are not permitted. Fireworks are not permitted. There is water available to fill holding tanks in the concession area. See a track representative for assistance.

Conduct Policy
• Disorderly Conduct: Guests who fail to follow the policies set forth by the Speedway Management and enforced by its staff or those who violate any local, state and/or federal law will be subject to ejection from the facility.
• Ejection from the Speedway: Disruptive or problematic guests should be reported to event staff immediately. Guests asked to vacate the speedway may be escorted from the premises by event staff, security, facility management or local law enforcement.
• Firearms/Weapons possession is prohibited
• Intoxicated Guests are not admitted into the Speedway at any time. Intoxicated guests are subject to removal from Speedway property.

Credit Cards
We accept any major credit cards and debit cards for admission tickets and pit passes. Concession sales are cash only.

Food and Beverage
The track has many food and beverage options available at each event. There are food booths with a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverage options, a candy trailer and a bar serving beer and malt beverages. No outside food or beverages are permitted to be brought into the general admission area, with the exception of:
• Snack Sized food items
• Bottled Water
• Baby Food and Formula
• Medicinal Beverages

Grandstand seating
For most events, seating is general admission. Any seat with adorned with an orange “Reserved” sticker is reserved for season Save-A-Seat ticket holders. Stadium style chair back cushioned seats may be used provided they do not interfere with access to other seats or are not an inconvenience for other patrons. Lawn chairs are not permitted in the grandstand.

Handicap Accessibility
There are more than sixty (60) Handicap parking spots near the ticket booth and main entrance to the facility. There is wheelchair accessible seating near the flag stand on the front straightaway, with ramp access.

Motorized Vehicles
Motorized vehicles such as golf carts, mini-bikes and ATV’s are not permitted at Brewerton Speedway. Sprint car teams are permitted to bring one push ATV for sprint car race events only but may be used in the pit area only.

Parking
For most events, parking is free in the main parking lot. For select events, a parking fee may be required with advance notice.

Pit Passes
Anyone, of any age, may purchase a pit pass and visit the pit area. The price for a pit pass is the same for any age (most events $35). A “Minor’s Release” form must be completed for those under the age of 18 by a parent or legal guardian. The pits are free to enter at the completion of racing each race night. Minor’s release forms may be downloaded and printed of the website or obtained at the pit pass booth. Once completed, a Minor’s Release will be valid for the remainder of the season.

Rain Policy
If a race is unable to be completed due to mother nature (rain, wind) or other reasons beyond our control, the following policies will apply: If all qualifying races have not been completed, the event will be deemed a rainout. In this case, fans should retain their ticket stub which will be honored the following week(s). If all qualifying has been completed and all that remains are feature events, the event is considered a complete show. In this case, all features will be completed as part of one or more upcoming scheduled show.

Tickets
Tickets for weekly race events can be purchased at the track ticket booth. Cash or credit is accepted at the ticket windows. Tickets for select special events will be offered presale at the track and online.

Times
Most race events will begin at 7:00pm and end between 9:30pm and 11:00pm. Select special events will have specific times posted.

Tower Suites
We have 15 individual tower suites and one corporate hospitality suite. Typically, these are fully sold out for the season, though, on occasion one may be available. Contact the track for booking requests.

WiFi
Due to capacity limits reserved for speedway operations, we are currently unable to provide complementary WiFi to our patrons.
