BREWERTON,
NY...Tim Fuller needed a late race charge to claim the victory
in the 35-lap Ferris Industries DIRT Big Block Modified feature
race at Brewerton Speedway last Friday night. Fuller took the
top spot away from a strong running Todd Stewart on lap-29 by
using the top side of the track to perfection. The victory for
the Native Poker.com sponsored car was worth $2,000.
Canadian DIRT Big Block
Modified rookie driver Tim Kerr raced out to the early lead at
the start of the Ferris Industries DIRT Big Block Modified
feature race from the pole starting position. Kerr would lead
the opening five circuits. Pennsylvania driver Dan Vauter took
the top spot away from Kerr on lap six. Todd Stewart became the
third different leader of the race on lap seven.
Vauter came back to pass
Stewart on lap eight and would hold the lead until lap nine.
Stewart came back to pass Vauter on lap-10. At the halfway stage
Stewart was being followed in the top five by Tom Sears, Joe
Isabell, Scott Prentice and Fuller. Stewart continued to
hold off all challengers in search of his first ever win at the
D-shaped DIRT Demon.

in the late going and passed Sears for second on lap-24. He then
set his sights on Stewart and was able to pass the strong
running Canadian driver on lap-29. Fuller then went on to the
victory while Sears completed a strong outing in second. Alan
Johnson made his normal late race charge to finish third, just
edging Stewart for the spot. Vauter completed the top five
finishers in the talented field.

20-lap IMCA Modified feature race of the season last Friday
night. Johnny Hill, Bill Anderson Jr., Les Hubbard and Kevan
Cook finished in positions second through fifth respectively.

came charging from the eighth starting spot to the lead on lap
two and then went on unchallenged for the victory.

20-lap ESDCA Mod Lite feature race of the season last Friday
night. Darren Austin, Lowell Zehr, Jeff Barker and Andrew
Schartner completed the top five feature finishers behind
Williams. Jeff Isabell Jr. appeared headed to victory as he was
leading the feature field with one lap to go when he was spun by
another competitor.

15-lap Four Cylinder Super Stock feature race of the season last
Friday night. Chuck Powelczyk, Russell Erwin, Glen Erwin and
