HEAVY RAIN FORCES SHOW TO BE CANCELLED AT BREWERTON

BREWERTON, N.Y. -- Heavy rain forced the show to be called off at Brewerton Speedway on Friday, September 16. The event will not be rescheduled. The 2005 season at the D-shaped DIRT Demon will conclude on Thursday, October 6 with the running of the $4,000 to win Leaf Racewear 75-lap 358 Modified Super DIRT Series event. The Mod Lites will compete in a 25-lap special which will pay $200 to win. Race time for the Super DIRT Week special is 7:30 p.m.

Track gates on Thursday, October 6 will open at 4:30 p.m. Race competition will start at 7:30 p.m. The track is located on Route 11 and is just minutes off of Interstate Route 81.
