By Dave Medler – FULTON, NY – September 15, 2015 – The world’s most famous clown, Ronald McDonald, will be making a rare Upstate New York appearance at the Brewerton Speedway this Saturday, September 19 on day two of ‘Duel at the Demon’ weekend when McDonald's presents the Modified Super DIRTcar Series.
On September 19 Ronald McDonald will bring his fun to fans of all ages on day two of the ‘Duel at the Demon’ weekend.
Racing on Saturday night, presented by McDonald’s® Restaurants, will be a 100-lap Modified Super DIRTcar Series event plus SUNY Canton Sportsman and Pro Race Cars Mod Lites.
Day one of the ‘Duel at the Demon’ will be Friday night presented by Universal Metal Works. It will feature a $3,000-to-win/50-lap Big Block modified race plus a $1,000-to-win Upstate Sportsman Alliance race that carries with it a coveted starting spot in the lucrative Industrial Tire Of CNY 50-lap Sportsman Shootout during the Fulton Speedway 30th Annual Outlaw 200 Weekend on October 2-3.
The Brewerton McDonald’s is located on the corner of Route 11 & Bartell Rd. (9563 Brewerton Rd) just minutes from the speedway.
Friday, September 18 – Adult grandstand admission $20/ 14 yrs. old and younger $5. Pits $35
Saturday, September 19 – Adult grandstand admission $25/ 14 yrs. old and younger $10. Pits $40
Gates will open on Friday at 5:30 with racing at 7:30. Saturday the gates will open at 5:00 with hot laps and Modified time trials prior to the first qualifying heat at 7:30.
The Brewerton Speedway will end the 2015 season in a big way during Super DIRT Week. On Thursday night October 8th. The 358 Modified Super DIRTcar Series will compete in the 23rd Annual Hurricane 100 presented by SUNY Canton plus the Sportsman DIRTcar Series.
