High Speed Racing Excitement Continues This Friday, May 8 At The Brewerton Speedway

BERWERTON, NY – May 5, 2015 (By Dave Medler) – The tradition of  side by side, clay-slinging racing thrills continues this Friday, May 8 when Ehrlich Pest Control presents a four-star racing program at the Brewerton Speedway.

On the race card will be the Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modifieds/SUNY Canton Sportsman/Pro Race Cars Mod Lites and Hilton’s Automotive Four-cylinders.

In last Friday's Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modified feature, Defending Track Champion Matt Sheppard served notice he was in mid-season form with the big victory. Looking at the roster led by former Track Champion and defending Modified Super DIRTcar Series Champion Billy Decker, Fulton Speedway defending Track Champion and 2015 Florida DIRTcar Nationals Champion Larry Wight and the rest of the strong Modified field, Sheppard repeating as Champion won't be easy.

Dave Marcuccilli will go in the record books as the first weekly winner in the SUNY Canton Sportsman with his 25-Lap win last Friday. Marcuccilli outran Fulton Speedway Champion Ron Davis III. Marcuccilli has the hot setup in Central New York with wins last weekend at Canandaigua on Saturday and Weedsport on Sunday.

Defending Brewerton/Fulton Pro Race Cars Mod Lite Champion Joe Isabell started the 2015 season on a winning note by dominating last Friday's feature. This week will be tougher for all the front runners with handicapping starting
