Tracey Road Equipment To bring Tony Stewart To Brewerton Speedway Wednesday, July 18th

BREWERTON, NY - July 3, 2012 (By Dave Medler) - There was an immediate buzz early in 2012 when it was announced that The UNOH All-Star 410 sprint cars, the world’s fastest dirt race car, would race at Brewerton Speedway for the first time ever on Wednesday, July 18th.  Recently the buzz got even bigger when a lucrative SUNY Canton Sportsman Shootout was added to the program.

 The event just got gigantic. Thanks to Tracey Road Equipment , defending NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion Tony Stewart has announced he will be in competition that night in his own Mobil 1/Office Depot #14 sprint car tackling the "D-Shaped Dirt Demon" - one of the toughest dirt tracks anywhere in the Northeast.

 Don't expect Stewart to just come in and make an appearance. Every time "Smoke" straps into his sprinter he races to win. He recorded a victory previously against the UNOH All-Star Sprint Series and in 2011 captured his first ever World of Outlaw Sprint Car feature event. His roots are in non-winged sprint cars in his native Indiana. While obviously an accomplished NASCAR driver, Stewart is at home on dirt and at dirt race tracks around the country.

 Adult general admission tickets are priced at just $25. Students aged 10 – 16 are $10, with all those 9 and Under Free of charge.
