Can The Streak Continue In The Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modifieds; Beaver River Distribution Mod Lites To Run Double Features This Friday June 17th On Universal Metal Works, Dig Safely NY Night

The Brewerton Speedway would like to welcome Universal Metal Works out of Fulton, NY and the owners the Sharkey family as a proud sponsor at the speedway this Friday night June 17th.

Dig Safely New York will have an Interactive Display trailer where you can see the real dangers of digging when you don't know what's under the ground. As an added bonus they will also have videos of past racing and photos of our past and present racing favorites.

Those who have been around Brewerton Speedway for years cannot recall a more competitive season in the Modifieds than the one we are seeing in the 2011 season. Eight features run with eight different winners from three countries with the latest winner Matt Sheppard coming from 24th.

Also on the race card this Friday will be the return of the Sportsman, Nationwide Insurance IMCA Modifieds, Metalico Four-Cylinder Super Stocks and the Beaver River Distribution ESDCA Mod Lites will run double features starting with the postponed one because of weather back on May 27th.

Looking at the point standings in all divisions the battles are tight except for the Metalico Four-Cylinder Super Stocks where Stephen Denton remains undefeated winning every event run this season.Who will be the first to defeat Denton in his potent Saab.

Questions have been asked when the NAPA Late Models will return to the “D-Shaped Dirt Demon”. Friday June 24th they will return with a big Go-Nuclear Series event. A big field of NAPA Late Models is expected for this first year series sponsored by Late Model driver Shayne Tenace. In the first event recently over a full field filled the pits.

Gates will open this Friday at 5:30 with racing at 7:30. Adult grandstand admission will be $12 with everyone 18 years old and younger admitted free to the grandstand.
